Who gets the 20% off?

You both do. After your friend completes their service, they get 20% off because you referred them, and you get a 20% off coupon added to your account.

What does my friend need to do?

On their first visit, when they first check in, they enter your phone number. That's it.

What if my friend forgot to enter my number?

Then the referral won't count. Your number has to be entered at check-in on their first visit. It can't be added afterwards or backdated.

Where does my 20% go?

It's added to your account as a 20% off coupon once your friend has completed their service. The coupon is valid for 2 months.
